  1. It's 340 grams of flour.
  2. Prepare 340 grams of castor sugar.
  3. You need 1 can of milkmaid.

  6. Prepare 3 tsp of baking powder.
  7. It's 2 box of tuity fruity (flavour of ur choice i used 1 box paan flavoured and 1 box mango flavoured ).
  8. It's 5 large of spoons of coffee.
  9. It's 2 tbsp of hershey's chocolate powder.
  10. Prepare 300 grams of margarine ( unsalty white butter).
  11. Prepare 2 tsp of cooking oil( odorless).
  12. Prepare 6 of eggs.
  13. It's 1 can of pineapple slices.
  14. Prepare 1 box of jelly cubes (zub zubs).
  15. It's 1 tsp of cinnamon powder.
  16. Prepare 1 can of raspberry jam.

Yummilicious double-layer cake step by step

  1. Mix 3 eggs ,170 grams sugar and 150 grams margarine in a food process.
  2. Sieve 170 grams of flour and 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder at least 6 times.
  3. Add this to the mixture in food processor and mix well.
  4. Add tuity fruity essence stir and then add tuity fruity half box of both flavours and 1 spoon oil and a pinch of cinnamon powder and stir well.
  5. Dust the microwave utensil and pour.
  6. Microwave till fully baked . to check for fully baked insert a knife and pull out if it comes out clean the cake is done .. It should be done in 8-10 mins.
  7. Meanwhile prepare for next layer of cake.
  8. Sieve the remaining flour and baking powder.
  9. Whisk 3 eggs , 150 grams margarine and 170 grams sugar.
  10. Add the flour mixture to the food process.
  11. To this add tuity fruity , orange essence , a pinch of Cinnamon , 1 large spoon coffee powder and 1 spoon cooking oil and stir well.
  12. Dusk utensil and pour.
  13. Bake this cake the same way . it should also take 8-10 mins.
  14. Leave both the cakes to cool down at least for 4 hours ( do cover it ).
  15. For icing pour milkmaid (condensed milk) in a bowl add 3 spoons of coffee powder and 2 spoons chocolate powder , add a drop of orange as well as tuity fruity essence and mix well.
  16. On the base layer apply a thick layer of raspberry jam and mount the top layer on it.
  17. Pour the icing over the cake and make sure it covers the whole cake.
  18. Decorate with pineapple slices and jelly squares and tie it with a ribbon.
