- You need 1 box of cake mix-15.25 oz. ( any flavor you like ).
- You need 2/3 cup of Peanut butter.
- You need 2 cup of Melting chocolate.
- It's 1 of jelly roll pan (15x10).
"KANDY KAKES" step by step
- Preheat oven to 350°· Mix & bake cake mix as directed on back of box.(I put a piece of parchment paper across my pan.Then sprayed the paper.).
- Cool. Then put in frezzer till frozen.Or overnight.Take cake out of freezer. Spread peanut butter evenly over top of your cake. ( If p.butter won't spread easy warm it microwave a little bit. Just enough to spread).Put back in freezer till p.butter is good & chilled..
- Take out if freeezer.Cut cake 2x2 pieces squares..
- Melt chocolate in microwave.Take one piece at a time & dip the part with p.butter into chocolate. Turn and let chocolate get hard.( i put sprinkles on mine),If you would happen to need more chocolate just melt more).
