- De-bone and remove the skin from the fish and chop into chunks.
- Sprinkle some fish spice, cayenne pepper and salt and put into the microwave for 2 minutes. I want to pre cook it because i would hate to eat raw fish if its not sushi.
- Boil the potatoes until fully cooked. You cam peel it before or after, it doesnt matter.
