  2. Prepare of Fish filets / fish cakes.
  3. You need of Squids.
  4. Prepare of Cooking oil.
  5. You need 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
  6. It's 1 inch of ginger, sliced.
  7. Prepare 1 of Broccoli.
  8. Prepare 1 of carrot, sliced.
  9. You need 1 of spring onion, chopped.
  10. You need of (sauce).
  11. You need 1 cup of water/chicken stock.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of Oyster sauce.
  13. It's 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  14. Prepare 1.5 tsp of sugar.
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp of Chinese rice wine.
  16. It's to taste of Salt and black pepper.
  17. Prepare of Slurry = corn flour + water.

Seafood Vegetables Medley step by step

  1. HEAT oil in pan, toss and cook fish cake, prawns and squids for about 2 minutes. Don't overcook it, REMOVE and keep warm.
  2. In a bowl, MIX sauces except slurry, have a taste and adjust to your liking.
  3. HEAT pan, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant, approximately 1 - 2 minutes.
  4. ADD carrots and broccoli, toss and cook for about another minute, ADD water/stock.
  5. ADD cooked prawns, fish cakes and squids into the pan, cook for another 1 and a half minute, actively tossing.
  6. TASTE and adjust seasoning.
  7. ADD slurry into the pan, stir until thickened while making sure there are no clumps in the sauce.
  8. GARNISH with chopped spring onions and SERVE with rice!.
